Credit Controller (for the German / English market)

The Ambitious Group is an international Sales and Recruitment organization, established in 2007. Since then, it has grown into a highly successful and continuously expanding organization in employment mediation, with offices across the Netherlands and operations in six different countries.

Our head office, located in Amsterdam, is looking for a Credit Controller.

Responsibilities:

The Credit Controller is responsible for timely collection of payments from our debtors, located mainly in Germany, but also in Belgium and the Netherlands. You ensure optimal cash flow.

Your tasks include (among others):

• Maintaining telephone and written (B2B) contact with debtors regarding payment arrears.
• Recording payment agreements in the system.
• Communicating with internal stakeholders (sales, finance, management) concerning dispute cases.    

• You have strong communication skills and are not afraid to pick up the phone.
• You speak excellent German and English (good Dutch is an advantage but not required).
• Work experience in a similar role as a Credit Controller or Debtor Manager is a plus (but not essential).
